For learners experiencing persistent difficulty, an assessment may explore reading, spelling, writing, mathematics and related cognitive or processing skills.

Results are integrated with the learner’s history and school information to guide support, intervention and referral.

Accommodations & Concessions

Where a learner’s functioning may justify formal support, relevant assessment findings can be used to motivate appropriate accommodations or concessions.

Recommendations depend on the evidence and the requirements of the relevant school, district, examination body or policy.

Approval remains the decision of the authorised institution and cannot be guaranteed.

Feedback may include practical strategies for routines, classroom support, differentiated teaching, study methods, reading development and collaboration with the school support team.
